Per-tenant isolation
Each customer gets their own database and their own file storage. Your jobs, photos and customers are never mixed in with another shop’s.
PIN + device-bound floor access
The floor tablet signs in with a PIN tied to that specific device — no shared office passwords floating around the shop.
2FA for the office
Office accounts can use time-based one-time-password (TOTP) two-factor authentication.
Automatic sign-out
FactoryMate signs people out after a configurable idle period, with tighter limits on the office admin accounts that can change the most — and a hard daily limit so a login never quietly carries into the next day.
Role-based access
Every person gets a role — office, floor, driver, warehouse and a read-only auditor among them — and only sees the screens that role is allowed to.
Lockout & managed security
Repeated failed logins lock the account, and we can unlock it, block an offending IP and review recent login and security events from a central console — security is handled for you, not left to your team.
Every action audited
Each change is recorded with the user, the timestamp and the device. Exportable when you need it for compliance.

Export every list view to CSV or Excel any time. On cancellation we provide a full export of your data and files — just ask.
