How it works

One job, from the office to handover.

FactoryMate follows a fabrication job through six stages. Each device — office desk, floor tablet, driver phone — shows exactly the work that belongs to it, and every change is recorded.

1

Job created

A job enters with its customer, address, suburb and target date. It starts in the office, where the detail lives.

2

Preflight cleared

Before it moves to the floor, the job passes a preflight check — the office confirms the drawings, measures and materials are ready.

3

In production

The floor picks it up on a wall tablet. The team works the job; the office can see the state without walking out to ask.

4

Floor sign-off

At end of day the supervisor signs off the work into one audited record — who, what, when, on which device.

5

Dispatched

The office plans the run, assigns a driver, and the job flips to dispatched. The driver gets the stop in planned order.

6

Delivered

On site the driver captures a photo and the on-site GPS location, plus a note. The office approves it, and the job closes with an evidence trail attached.

Three views. One job.

The office never sees the floor's mess. The floor never carries the office's spreadsheets. The driver gets a phone, a manifest and proof of delivery.

Office desk

Filterable jobs index, dispatch planning, unlock approvals, full audit log.

Floor tablet

PIN + device-bound login, end-of-day sign-off, in-browser PDF annotation.

Driver phone

Today's stops in planned order, one-tap Maps, photo + location on site.
