Why we built it

Window and door fabrication has a workflow of its own — quote, measure, cut, build, dispatch, install. General trade software treats it like a service call, and the big estimating tools stop at the cutting list. The job itself, moving across the office, the floor and the driver, gets run on whatever’s to hand. Usually that’s a spreadsheet and a few group chats.

FactoryMate is one platform for that job. The office plans it, the floor builds it, the driver delivers it, and every change is recorded — so nobody has to ask “who moved this back to production?” again.

How we work

We’re new and we’re honest about it. There’s no call centre and no offshore support queue — when you talk to FactoryMate, you talk to the people who build it. We’d rather have a smaller number of shops we know well than a logo wall we can’t back up.

Everything on this site is something the product does today, or is clearly marked as coming soon. If it’s not built, we won’t pretend it is.
